Salarisstijging België in 2014 de helft van wereldwijd gemiddelde

Belgische werknemers kunnen in 2014 een gemiddelde salarisstijging van 2,1 procent verwachten. België behoort hiermee tot de tien landen met de laagste salarisverhoging ter wereld. Wereldwijd bedraagt de verwachte stijging gemiddeld 5,2 procent, ruim twee keer zoveel als het Belgische gemiddelde. Dat verwacht organisatieadviesbureau Hay Group op basis van een wereldwijd beloningsonderzoek onder ruim 22.000 organisaties uit 71 landen.
