These tools can be used independently for the complete ‘employee lifecycle’, e.g. for recruitment, reward, and employee development. We offer high-quality, standardized, online HR tools at competitive prices, which enable HR professionals and line managers to support and develop HR processes. To realize this we work in an international cluster with Belgium, France and the Netherlands.

For our Productized Services team in Belgium we are looking for :

2 enthusiastic Business Developers

The team

The team consists of enthusiastic Business Developers from Belgium, France and the Netherlands. Together we are responsible for the sales of HR products to new and existing clients. The team works closely with account managers and technical consultants in order to serve clients optimally and create long term relationships.

The challenge

As a Business Developer you are responsible for identifying business opportunities with new and existing clients. You are also responsible for the presentation and sales of products. You know what Hay Group needs to strengthen its productized services business. You initiate first contacts, and then develop and broaden them. These contacts are in the field of HR: local and international professionals within the context of leadership, talent and reward. You are excited about forming new client relationships and developing those into strong relations for Hay Group.

Your profile

Do you recognize yourself in the following profile:·

  • university graduate with a minimum of 3 years of relevant sales experience;
  • proven business development skills, specifically in a B2B context; 
  • ability to initiate and close business at a senior level;
  • affinity with an HR focused clientele and selling HR tools and products is an added value;
  • excellent relationship building skills and client empathy;
  • willingness and ability to travel;
  • preferably fluent in Dutch and French with excellent knowledge of English;
  • excellent networking, selling, communication and presentation skills;
  • strong entrepreneurial drive to strive for success;
  • integrity, self-discipline and a positive attitude.
