How it works

The survey

The process is simple and easy to implement. Your employees respond to a 49-question online survey that measures engagement, enablement and 12 other contributing drivers.

Benchmark comparisons

Our system compares survey responses with your choice of benchmarks drawn from a database of 4 million people in hundreds of organizations.

The results

Your report includes an organization-wide overview plus individual reports for business unit, region or function. We also categorize each respondent into one of four groups: most effective, frustrated, detached or least effective. Overall, you get an in-depth insight into how effective your organization is.
