You can become accredited with the emotional and social competency inventory (ESCI) and the emotional competency inventory (ECI) by attending a two-day program that covers the concepts involved and focuses on how to deliver the feedback. You’ll also get practical experience, learning how it feels for the individuals who you are working with. These programs are not about teaching you coaching skills; they are designed to give you the understanding and insight you need to make best use of the tools.

To attend the accreditation program you must meet one or more of the following criteria:
- licensed psychologist
- graduate training in psychology, social work or a related field
- 3+ years experience in coaching, executive coaching or internal HR.
Important note: restrictions apply to some countries and a screening process is in place. Meeting these requirements does not guarantee entry into a program. Attending the program does not imply automatic accreditation; participants must be able to apply the tool in a feedback situation.
