Accreditation with Hay Group opens the door for coaching and development specialists to deliver expert feedback using our powerful tools. You’ll be joining a select group of professionals and will have access to our exclusive accredited network site that provides additional resources and information.

Accreditation programs* are available for the following tools:

• Emotional and social competency inventory (ESCI) accreditation (public and on-site programs)
• Leadership style and organizational climate accreditation  (on-site programs only)
• Talent Q Dimensions accreditation for personality assessment (on-site programs only)
