The leadership effectiveness audit (LEA) measures the strength and impact of leaders across your organization. Recognizing that effective leadership drives performance, it audits the leadership styles your managers use and the workplace climates they create for their teams.

How does the leadership effectiveness audit work?
The LEA helps you form a judgment on how well your leadership population is performing by combining two assessments:
- the leadership strength assessment gathers leadership styles data across your organization to show the breadth of your managers’ repertoires
- the leadership impact assessment gathers climate data to show managers’ impact on the climate in their teams.
