Along with Dr. Richard Boyatzis and Dr. Daniel Goleman, Hay Group developed these 360 degree feedback tools. The models build on Hay Group's 35 years of competency research (initially begun by McBer & Co.) to involve the full range of Emotional Intelligence competencies.
The 360 degree element of the tools means that we collect data from you, your manager, peers, direct reports, and others to give a fully rounded picture of how you compare to a target group of successful leaders and managers we used to research the competency model. The competencies measured are those which are most relevant to your development at work.
