Joining the Hay Group team
As an organisation we are insightful, committed and courageous: inspiring, supporting and engaging with colleagues and delivering tangible business benefit to clients. We help organisations work. We provide insight into how individuals, skills and jobs connect to strategic goals. We are passionate about our clients’ business and pride ourselves on the fact that we identify issues and challenges that others don’t.
We look for people who are bright and inquisitive, who will act on their own initiative and who enjoy a challenge. Everyone has the opportunity to succeed. We believe that diversity widens the range of experience and possibilities for our clients.
We have been established here in the Middle East for more than 20 years and in fact our first client appointed us to a project in 1979. We have come a long way since then and in 2008 we moved to a new Middle East head office in Dubai, UAE. We know it is crucial to have our people here on the ground and so we have over 60 consultants in the region. They have the opportunity to travel and work on projects in 15 countries including Bahrain, Egypt, Iran, Jordan, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Lebanon, Libya, Oman, Palestine, Qatar, Sudan, Syria, United Arab Emirates, and Yemen.
Hay Group is independently owned and all our work is supported by research and data which gives us the freedom and confidence to make courageous recommendations to our clients. We take a holistic approach, looking at organizations from all angles – jobs, reward, leadership and organisational effectiveness. We encourage individuality and initiative and support our people through continuous development and feedback.
We want our people to have a life outside work and respect the job/ life balance. For some this means flexible working arrangements and for others it’s about making the most of our flexible benefits offerings. Hay Group people can shape their careers in the manner that they choose.
Career progression is based on performance, with clearly defined expectations and a performance management process to help shape individual growth. This is backed by training and skills development which draws on both internal and external opportunities and providers. To learn more about working at Hay Group, click on one of the links below:
