What can you expect from us?
The work we do provides great challenges – both intellectual and practical. It’s partly because you’re working with some of the best people in the business, but also because the projects we do are tailor-made for our clients (not based on one-size-fits-all templates). With over 1,000 clients in the UK alone, it means the variety of projects we do is huge.
We also see projects through to the end (we don’t just create strategy documents that gather dust on a shelf). So the difference you’ll make to a client’s organisation will be there for you to see. That’s not always the case in the consultancy world. But we think it’s more rewarding, both for our clients and for you.
It makes for harder work. But it makes for satisfying work. It also makes the scope of experience you can get with us enormous – particularly as we encourage you not to specialise until you’ve tried out all the fields you’re interested in.
