Hay Group reseach suggests that 51% of businesses have the wrong strategy for the current economic climate.
A recent Hay Group study of business leaders in the UK suggests that UK Plc is on the backfoot in responding to the current economic climate. Companies readily admit that they were slow to react to the credit crunch and only 13% are planning for the upturn. This is despite the fact that the majority of respondents expected the downturn ro be short and shallow but the recovery slow and painful.
