Developed with the acknowledged world EI expert Dr. Daniel Goleman, this two-day course is everything we know about delivering emotional intelligence feedback in a nutshell. During the course you'll learn more about the concept of emotional intelligence and how to deliver ESCI feedback to your clients (internal or external) to help them become more effective colleagues and leaders.
We're not going to teach you how to be a coach – we expect you to already have a good level of experience in delivering feedback. What this course will teach you is how to understand and deliver feedback specifically on the ESCI tool.
This accreditation will give you:
■ a practical understanding of the theory behind our emotional intelligence tool the Emotional and Social Comptentency Inventory.
■ the opportunity to work with both sample and real data, and workshop with other proffessionals interested in using EI with their clients and colleagues.
■ a licence which entitles you to purchase and give feeback on the ESCI 360 survey. (upong successful completion. Accreditation is not gauranteed)
■ you will also be given access to further tools and resources.

- graduate training in psychology, social work or a related field
- 3+ years experience in coaching, executive coaching or internal HR
