American Dental Partners, Inc case study
The senior leaders at fast-growing dental practice management company American Dental Partners, Inc sought to build enduring organizations rooted in shared values, but they struggled to unify the company around a central culture. By creating an in-house Leadership Institute, it trained leaders to enable the emergence of an empowering and motivating business climate which, in turn, laid the groundwork for the ‘Healthy Organization’ culture.
